John has completed dozens of mergers and acquisitions transactions across a number of industries, including healthcare, construction, professional engineering, staffing, accounting services, and building products. Prior to law school, John worked at an investment banking firm where he assisted in the completion of sell-side M&A transactions and private equity recapitalizations within the healthcare services industry. His legal experience and investment banking background help him to better understand his business clients' needs and to address those needs with efficient and practical solutions.
